Chicago Banning Ecigs in Public Places?

Chicago is gearing up to be the first major US city to ban vaporizing in public places. Chicago’s city council will convene to discuss the possibility of banning vaporizing in places where tobacco and cigarette smoke is currently banned.

Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel is a proponent of the ban and is urging council members to vote in favor of the ban in December 2013.

The Chicago ban would also make it illegal to sell ecigs to minors and would require vape shops to apply for a esmoke sales license from the city.
